Fearing the threat of a god-like superhero, Batman battles Superman while a new, deadly threat emerges in the background. The film was very interesting. It captured both sides of the Batman V Superman story well and included interesting elements that left me wondering who to cheer for. I enjoyed certain aspects that opened up my curiosity to learn more and it got me hoping for the next movie in the series to come out very soon. The movie did start out very, very slow. By now you would expect that most people would already be familiar with both characters, but the filmmakers used a tonne of the running time just introducing them. When I went to see the movie I was hoping for more action, so I left the theatre slightly disappointed. Otherwise, the movie was great. It’s worth every superheroes fan’s time to go see this incredible new movie.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2is the thrilling finale to the Hunger Games series. In the film Katniss continues her attempts to take down the Capitol. I personally think the movie was very exciting. The creativity involved in creating some aspects of the film is absolutely impressive. There were tons of twists involved and I became very surprised by some of the things that happened. Although this was an incredible movie, it felt like some of the excitement from the first two movies was left out. Less happened in this movie than previous ones and I wish it had been more exciting. I still did enjoy this movie, but it will never be as good as the beginning of the series was.

Star Wars: The Force Awakensis the 7th movie in the Star Wars series and takes place 30 years after Darth Vader was defeated in episode VI. The story follows Rey, a scavenger from the planet Jakku, and Finn, an ex-stormtrooper who chose to follow the path of good rather than evil, as well as several characters that appeared in past movies in the series. Rey and Finn have one mission, to locate Luke Skywalker with the help of a map, found in the droid BB-8, but a new threat lurks nearby that intends to stop Rey and Finn. The movie scored a 4.5 out of 5 in my opinion because it utilized a good mix of adventure, action, and science fiction, to create an incredible film. This movie would be great for any family to watch on a weekend, or any day of the week. One thing that I would suggest for everyone who hasn’t seen the other movies in the series is to watch them before seeing the new movie so that they can fully understand all the events in the newest movie. I would definitely recommend that everyone watches Star Wars: The Force Awakens. If they remember watching the other movies as a kid, or are just starting to watch the series now, they would greatly appreciate the newest movie.

Roomis a powerful story featuring a woman and her five year old son who experience the world after being held captive for years. The story begins in the one room that the two lived in for 7 years and continues until after they escape to the outside world. This movie was absolutely amazing. The story had me on the edge of my seat, the acting was incredible, and the story line was phenomenal. I would recommend this movie to anyone who gets the chance to watch it. It’s no surprise to me that this movie won an academy award.

The Good Dinosaurtakes place in a world where humans live with dinosaurs. Arlo, a small dinosaur, is seperated from his family after falling into a raging river. With the help of a human named spot he must return to his home. The movie was very playful and exciting. The animation was incredible, just what I would expect from a pixar movie. The movie was entertaining, but I don’t believe that adults will be as entertained as young kids. At some points the film felt like a repeat of past pixar movies. The movie also didn’t have very much dialogue, which can get boring. Otherwise the film was a complete success, I enjoy watching the creativity of pixar. I was not disappointed by this film, I hope that others enjoy this movie as much as I did.
